prowl
Boxing day massacre. Going with my brother in law who was a unitedite and watching his face as they got "took apart". Then the best bit, going to the pub after and taking the p*ss.
lanzaroteowl
The only way to beat the Boxing Day Massacre would be to reverse the fixture with the same result.
ReginaldD
Torquay away, had a lovely day out on the English riviera last time I went. Might be a tad different in December though Edited December 16, 2014 by ReginaldD
crag the owl
Current season, I'd say Forest away. It's the best away day for me although, I prefer it when it's a little warmer. Otherwise I'd say pigs away and try to top the BDM.
Patient zero
The only way to beat the Boxing Day Massacre would be to reverse the fixture with the same result. Realistically, it's hard to imagine BDM ever being topped. I've got a candidate for New Year's Day though, Gary Thomson's injury time equaliser in the 2-2 draw at Anfield on NYD 1986, had the pleasure of being there to see Those cocky Scousers get properly silenced, Ha! Ha! Ha!
Leaping Lannys Perm
Tough call. Usually I prefer an away day to a home game as I like th atmosphere. However, never enjoy dragging myself too far away from home at Christmas. Last two seasons, Bolton and Blackburn were a decent distance but even that was hard when I was leaving the kids. So perhaps an away game within Yorkshire. Edited December 16, 2014 by Leaping Lannys Perm
Guest Johnbloodaxe
Has to be vs Pigs but in Prem. Second would be ManU Liverpool Arsenal or Chelsea at Home at the Wembley of the north... not bothered about the other manchester side no real history there for me. A full ground a tremendous atmosphere and the away fans going home despondent and miserable after a whupping from our magnificent footballing team... one can dream! Better to choose a game that wouldn't usually be a party.

g-owls
Mansfield away, the only reason being is that it's 8 miles up the road for me and not because the town itself is a thriving metropolis that even New York struggles to compete with..
