We're in trouble

If we're in trouble are the sides who are 14th and downwards in trouble too?

Depends on their form and trends

If 14th have a a consistent season, then less to worry about

If 14th had a terrible 1st third and are now improving, then even less to worry about

If 14th (like us) had a decent 1st third, and been very poor since, then a lot to worry about

That relies on trends being rigid and staying as they are. As we all know though, that rarely happens in the Championship.

It's pretty cack at the moment...but we aren't getting beaten very much, which is a positive.

At some point we've got to start going at teams a bit more though.

Westwood can only perform so many heroics.

Our trend this season is very clear, which is why despite our reasonable league position, we should be really worrying.

Any sensible analysis of our season would send alarm bells ringing.

This can't be denied, what the positives on here, should do, is suggest reasons why, our trend is likely to reverse. Key players coming back, January loans/purchases etc etc. No wins in 10 isn't unlucky or natural variations in results.

Yeah, be reyt.

No doubt MM will pull of another loan striker miracle in January, or will we extend GTF. I'm sure there's a Wickham/Fratt loan partnership just waiting for us after x mas.

Russian Roulette again.

If it makes you so depressed, worried, unhappy or even suicidal why do you bother going or coming on here?.

It's nearly xmas lighten up.

I've said it before the kind of sh 1t you're putting yourself through can make you ill, lighten up.

Still yet to see how people can say we aren't in trouble.

Terrible form. Not come close to beating anybody for ages. Can't bring anybody in as we keep getting rejected. Can't score. Only picking up points thanks to one mans heroics.

Those two things don't constitute nearly winning, do they?

I'd say so. May was unlucky not to score (which would have won us the game), and Maguire was very unlucky not to have been awarded a penalty (which would likely have won us the game)

What's your definition of nearly winning if not that?

Actually nearly winning games? Leading in games? Scoring goals?
