CE-Owl
Spoke to Don Megson today... He said, amongst other things, that Meggo Jr. is relaxed about future work - open to offers but not rushing around looking for it, recognises there's a lot of good managers in the game. So I jokingly asked him about Meggo Jr. coming back to Hillsborough. He said "ah, well..." Shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes dejectedly. I think it's easy to fall back on nostalgia and sentimentality about GM. However, the truth is I've heard from a variety of sources how Milan didn't speak to him for weeks, didn't even get a phone call from the chairman to say game over. Just think it's poor that after Dooley, we still see the club do this to it's servants.

jamthesun
I'll pin my colours to the mast. I like Meggo. First manager for ages that put some passion and fight into the team. An ex-player manager that worked. Wednesday through and through. Much as Stu has done a good job I'd have him back tomorrow.

dorian gray
Why not. Bring back Meggo. megson was and is too strong willed for milan... milan doesn't want to spend a bob if he can help it... so, grateful stuart doesn't rock the boat, as he fully understands the consequences... eventually milan will have to buy in some class (well loan in)... in the meantime grateful stuart deflects some of the flack from milan... Past Member
Megson would kick Maghoma & Coke out of the club, Nuhiu would be given a polite nudge. Maguire & Palmer would be given a kick up the arse & final warning. Stuart Grays Interview was awfull today, back to the days of Demolition.
