JOHNHARKES
If we finish anywhere between 11th where we are now and 15th il be more than happy the last game. With recources available and the lack of depth and quality. Dont see the obsession with slagging off the forwards all the time. The problem blatantly is in the middle of the park and wide surely people realise without service you dont score.
TrickyTrev
I think a slump in form was inevitable at some point given the resources the manager has to work with. I never really bought into this playoff talk but by the same token, I'm convinced we won't be dragged into a relegation dog fight as there are at least 5/6 sides worse than us. Let's face it, without REAL investment we are never ever going to make any kind of real progression and as I said a few weeks ago, a top half finish would be a really good achievement by the club. Also were we to finish in the top half and hopefully less than 9-10 points off the top 6, it might make us more attractive to potential buyers in the summer. lanzaroteowl
I will take not battling against relegation at the moment as a bonus.
mcmigo
Bit of confidence went after the City game, and we have also not held onto a couple of winning positions since which can also dent confidence. Priority in the next match is a clean sheet - nothing better than a clean sheet to build confidence. As a forward you are much more relaxed in a game if you know that at worst you are looking at a point for 0-0, and that one chance buried might be enough. I think May will have the arm around him before the next fixture, and i expect him to go on a run of scoring.
smhouston
Absolutely crying out for creativity, and have been all season. Joint 3rd worse attack in the league (in terms of goals scored), although still joint 2nd best defence. Only 7 points off relegation now with Fulham starting to pick up points and even Bolton winning Must admit I'm getting worried.
Handball_!!
How we feeling for the rest of the season ? Hopeful ? Same as last week and the week before that, and the week before that etc, etc... We're a bit better than last season and hopefully won't be involved in the relegation dogfight. But not a cat in hells chance we will finish in the top 10.

Paddyowl
We are a team/club that is improving albeit at a slow pace. Above average mid table season for us but I still think MM may have missed the boat by not investing and building on our very good start to the season, I think 2 or 3 shrewd signings to bolster our squad would have set us up for an interesting few months. The reality is that we need investment (No s*** Sherlock) to mount any serious challenge for the Play-offs or better
jonnyowl
Were a good mid table team. Watford are amongst the favourites and they were just better than us. A point away at Brentford would be a good result. think we if 12th+ that has to be considered a good season and good progress!
RichieB
1 goal from open play in the last 6 home games. What goal was that? I can only think of 3 goals scored and they were all set pieces, corner for Nuhiu header, maguire free kick and May free kick.

If we're happy to be a mid to lower end side each season then lets keep the status Quo. But, more than anything right now I'm hoping that Milan will eventually find the right person or group of people to move us forward albeit at a quicker pace than he can. Flat Owl
Remarkable defence aside perhaps this week we can give some thought to the following: - 20th worst goals scored in the division. Worst number of goals scored at home in the division. Not scored in 50% of our games.
Maxine
I'm staying confident. The blip is over. Goals galore from now.
Swiss Toni
We have more stability and are progressing slowly and will continue to do so with MM at the helm. Investment will not be great but that's what we've come to expect. MM wanted to get us promoted to the Championship ASAP then try and make a quick buck out of us, that much us plain to see. Can't see me going to another game this seasonI bet you do. Edited October 20, 2014 by Babushka1867
asteener1867
Ive gone into that little world that Owls fans inhabit when they can see it goin' t*ts up.... Its a strange place you take it one game at a time, and it never ends well....but you pretend its ok... Not a problem, I'm used to it..spent most of the 70's there.............
