jrh
Lost us two points tonight by his terrible decision making. I mean putting May on the wing is a pathetic decision! Absolutely wasted and nuhiu upfront on his own at home is a terrible tactic. Oh and his sub's as well!

TheEnchanter
Grays fault that we are 4 points off the top and 2 points off the play offs after 10 games.
marshy
Ref was poor, bur I do think stuart did get it wrong tonight. But before passing judgement I'd like to know his reasoning. May out wide baffled me. Long lad up top alone was equally odd. We also allowed ourselves to get drawn into a hoofball game.

We lost our shape and threat going forward when we went 4-5-1. Could understand it to see the first half out, but should have gone back to 4-4-2 in the second half. Flat Owl
Let's gloss over the real problem and blame the man that is doing a hell of a lot better than anyone else over the last 15 years with one arm tied behind his back...

Liam_Baggies
Maybe Gray changed things because we were starting to get over-run in the middle?Pushed May out wide so he could shore up the middle and make sure we were competitive and weren't over run?No doubt, had Gray left it the same and Ipswich continued to over-run the Wednesday midfield he would have been criticised for that too. lincolnowl
The football is terrible to watch. No wonder the crowds can't be bothered to come to watch that rubbish
tomhollywood
Couple of typical championship results after a superb start and the numptys come back out. Sigh.

modboy
I cant be too strict on Gray as imo MM is to blame here for not backing him with a "squad". He had no other options but to try and make things work with the players he has.
Guest theowls 93
Agree with the first poster. We were on top and the better side tonight playing 4-4-2, the formation that's given us the start to the season we've had but bringing May to the left and pushing Maghoma inside was terrible. It invited pressure and showed Ipswich way too much respect, they were average in the middle of the park and instead of matching them up we should have taken the game to them, poor from Stu
modboy
Couple of typical championship results after a superb start and the numptys come back out. Sigh. Depends how you look at it. The writings been on the wall quite a few games this season that the luck we were having was going to run out. Even back to the Bolton game which Bolton would have won if they could have taken a couple of the half chances they had.
