Guest Theboylangers
It's a cool place to go in Manchester. Bang next to Northern Quarter as well which has some trendy bars.
Night King
There is a Lloyds in the print works, a decent Norwegian (IIRC) Bar too that's decent price wise.

Guest Owleo
Northern Quarter is best for pubs IMO and proper ale if ya like that to, plus its near piccadilly train station which is about five mins on a tram away from the etihad. may want to try deansgate aswell although a bit pricier down that end. less willy heads but the bars are directly below the tram stop so you cant really get lost. Guest samowl
From the Printworks come out at the top entrance (O'Neills) ,turn left , cross the road walk to the end and you'll see the tram stop called Shude Hill. Cross the tramlines .You want the Ashton tram stops bang outside the Etihad. One other thing tickets need to be bought from the machines on the Platforms , there are NO Conductors
eugene
Can you get the Ashton tram at Shudehill ? Might have to get off at Market Street and walk across to Piccadilly Gardens to get on an Ashton tram.
Guest samowl
Sorry , you're right you will have to walk across to Piccadilly Gardens . It used to be the Bury to Ashton , now it's changed to Eccles to Ashton which no longer goes through Shudehill. ..... :danny-wilson: Apologies .
