marshy
To be honest, I find the need for booze far less now that we have a head coach who is encouraging 'football'. This.
dan140177
Apparently its an £8.3m 5 year contract which started in 2011, they're at Huddersfield which is also a 5 year contract but worth 10.2m. Do you reckon that's why they're crap at our ground or is it same at the John Smiths?
Eightace
If half the money spent in the boozers around Hillsborough was spent in the ground we'd be rolling in it. Doesnt pay to sell wee wee for extortionate prices.

happy bunny
Is it now time for an organised and massively publicised boycott? Would you be willing to organise and publicise? I'm pretty sure their would be no problem with fans boycotting
mrgund
If you purchased a bag if crisps at every home league game, how much would each crisp cost you over the season? Let's say a bag if crisps has 25 crisps in them not including the scraps at bottom of the bag.
Guest 1banana2banana
Scandalous. How to drive people away from football grounds.Overpriced beer would drive people away from football grounds? Seriously? I go to watch wednesday first, if we played on a grass hill in the middle of nowhere and there wasn't any food or drink avaliable atall I'd still go, it's 90mins without a pint. Get yasens to a few aa meetings lads

Not driving people away from the football.

Essix Blue
corrffctamondo, weigt it up, its about £6 a pint When bottles were first introduced to the kop, they cost 65p for the club to buy them - that was what, 4 / 5 years ago?

Tea Baggins
You deserve everything you get for drinking fosters. So true. If they charged normal prices, or dare I say it arrange a contract with Sam Smiths and sell cheaper beer. I for one would go early to the game. Also just putting it out there, why can't we take beer to our seats? They allow it in Germany and it caused no problem at the WC.
Guest _Ibbo_
Pint of Amstel in grandstand which weren't too bad & I think it's £3.70 & smiths is £3.40 Hardly cheap but I'll pay that, it's the food which is a complete rip off The Amstel price in the south is OK. Pay about that at hotels etc for a pint.
matthefish2002
My advice is do not buy any food or drink in the ground. It is always poor quality and over priced. You are only in there for about 2 hours so I am sure anyone can wait until the game is over for a drink or some food.
