dan140177
Queued for 25 minutes for a drink at half time and they employed 1 person per queue. Just got to the front when they pulled the shutters down. Why do swfc use these useless tw@ts, its put a massive dampner on my night out. Does anyone know the path to go down to form a complaint against these incompetent excuse of a company?

SWFC_Liam
Why don't you just use the various refreshment services outside the ground before you go to the match? Surely you can go without food and water for 90 minutes?

Salmonbones
They offer poor service and poor food, but what can you do - it's mid contract and to be fair most people have cottoned on by now that unless you are after just a drink that they can't go wrong with, you are going to get bland food and probably have to double check your change - what are you expecting? Hopefully once the contract expires things will improve. Edited July 30, 2014 by salmonbones
vulva
Football clubs have been serving crap food at high prices for 50 years. If you still havn't realised this, you fully deserve a £4.50 crap sausage roll.

Maybe you are a bit older than me, and to be fair my old man was always a tight get so we never ate at matches when I was a kid. Maybe this was the reason. My kids love the experience though, and unfortunately for SWFC that means eating outside the ground - even though we only live a short walk away - we could eat at home far cheaper but they love the whole going out, eating, and the match. It would not take a lot for SWFC to increase my families match day revenue spent inside the ground. Probably the same for a lot of parents. heppers
They are crap. Beer, pies, etc.. are typically in short supply and the staff are useless. Slow, incompetent and unfriendly.

But football clubs realise they have got a captive market, and can probably make more serving cheap crap, than serving better quality, more expensive to produce food. That said, what always makes me laugh is the element of surprise, with the quality of produce on offer. One of the best chip shops in the City is 50 yards up Leppings Lane. Yet people still queue up for gristle ladened cack, at double the price, then complain.
