For once at this level in modern memory it would be great to be able to compete for better players and have a good crack at it but for that to happen a lot of quality need's to be added into the squad which will probably take more than one season. And it would be more than helpful for our chances to start a season prepared and not playing catch up, it looks like that hope will have to hold out till next summer.
