torres
I apologise if this has been covered, but i saw this at the end of the Star's report and wondered if anyone knew why? *The Star is making a donation to Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice as part of an agreement with Sheffield Wednesday over some of our coverage of their pre-season trip to Slovenia. RobbieOwler
Maybe they attempted some proper journalism which annoyed Wednesday
torres
That was my first thought, but it seems a bit far fetched!!!
Paul..
Yeah I was also curious about that, is it possible that they didn't send a journo out to Slovenia so someone on the SWFC staff is helping them with their coverage in terms of text/photos and thus this is a "payment" of sorts? shandypants
Well, it would make financial sense to not send a Star reporter for a bit of a non-event like a training camp. My guess, as Grimbarian states, is that the club's PR person is out there and has an agreement with the Star. Bluebell Wood is the winner.
