IstillhateSteveBould
Got to be worth a look at this lad in the summer. Turns out he's got a year left on his contract at Liverpool so they're going to have to make a decision on him at some point. Pigs are wanting him on loan again next season, but assuming he gets a new deal at Liverpool, surely they'd want him to make the step up and play at championship level if he is indeed loaned out again. Pig mate of mine reckons he's class and could easily do a job at this level.

Salmonbones
Don't know much about him, wouldn't say no just because he's a pig at the moment though. Would prefer to quit with loans though.
IstillhateSteveBould
No thankyou Why, because he's a pig? Played for England at every level so far up to u20 where he's been captain. Had a pretty good season at L1, looks good on the ball, athletic, good engine and looks like he's got a goal in him. If he doesn't get a new deal he'll definitely be attracting a lot of attention. Blueblood
Quite highly rated at Liverpool. But will definately be going out on loan to a championship club next year. Unless prince bogroll stumps up a bucket load of cash for him

IstillhateSteveBould
Because he's not the sort of central midfielder we need We haven't got a box to box midfielder with an eye for goal have we? That sort of player is a strong addition to any team. Edited April 19, 2014 by IstillhateSteveBould

lanzaroteowl
I'm sure when players leave The Grunters they go through one of those dip type thingies like sheep have to, to rid themselves of anything they may have picked up. So he should be OK to have a look at.

I'd say Palmer is box to box & the goals will come. Coady isn't the sort of player we need next season. We need either an out and out goal getter of a midfielder or an out and out brick wall/right nasty b*stard to run the midfield. Preferably we buy both but budget & squad space dictates. BRUCE LEE
Liverpool have watched Maguire a bit this season, they might try and swap him for Coady. Pigs keen to keep him.

Bluesteel
They liken him to a poor mans young Steve Gerrard. He's replaced McDonald quite well
Guest Sheff Owl
We need to replace Coke, Prutton and Coady is a younger and better. Would he have a role in the squad, of course he would.
Eaton_Swfc
No better than Lee or Palmer. Won't score us 7-10 a season or add anything else, it's a no from me.

How many have Lee/Palmer got? I love those two players, but they choke infront of goal. Not suggesting Coady is the answer, but we do need a threat through the middle - which we don't currently have.
