Guest UpTheOwlsss
4 goals in his last 11 Doesn't sound bad that Here's to you atdhe nuihu... Anyone who went how did he play today?
FlyingOwl
Said from day one that we have a class striker on our hands. Doubt he'll ever be 'prolific' (though you never know) but his all round game play gives us so much more of an edge. He's not like Zigic at Birmingham who is just their for his height and offers nothing else... Like Gray said, he didn't have a proper preseason with us. Wasn't his first game in our final friendly vs Chesterfield, only a week before the official season started? Given that he was shoved into English football, scored on his full debut and tried his best up front in a shambolic Dave Jones side...he's had a good season. I think he'll be a massive player for us next season, for now I'll just be chuffed if he reaches 10 goals. Regardless of what others think, here's to YOU Atdhe Nuhiu
Herb
I like Nuhiu, I think he's shown signs of promise and will hopefully push on for next season. Definitely a good player to have in the squad for next season. It's nice to see him adding some goals to his decent forward play.

Guest IN MILAN WE RUST
Big slow useless donkey is what i called him not long ago but happy to take that back, his commitment and work rate has never been in question but now performances and more importantly goals are coming so i will tip my cap! well done big fella keep it up UTO
Bluesteel
He came here with confidence if not fitness and I thought he looked very good, attacked the ball well and could've had more goals. But then he seemed to lose that confidence and his performances suffered. You can see the difference those 2 goals have made though, the goal today was like QPR again

He played very well, but that's typical Dave. The problem with the fickle fooks known as Wednesdayites is that they expect every striker to bang in 30 goals a season no problem. If they don't then they're 'sh*t'. Atdhe has great control, passing and vision (and shooting as well, obviously) and he creates plenty of chances for others, but if your sat at home then the majority of fans only see who pops up on the score sheet not who actually performs well (take his performance against Middsbrough away as an example). Today we utilised the wings a lot more but until he was subbed his performance was top draw. If he didn't get taken off, he was knackered to be fair and we needed pace upfront to take a bit of the pressure off our defence, then it would've been a tie between him and Antonio for MOTM for me. Yep exactly mate I can remember Huddersfield away recently when he was awesome too His feet are awesome for a big man I always thought he would be half decent at best but he will be better than that
owls4effa
I hope he has a crap pre season & starts the season poorly. otherwise half of Owlstalkers won't have anything to slag him for. On the other hand he may start brill & then people will have to find another scapegoat. I've watched him since he came here & you can't fault the lad for effort. We have had a lot worse players than him who escaped the abuse before these forums were introduced. It can't exactly do the lads confidence much good when people continually slate him. Give him a break. signed his DAD
