richowl
one of my favourite ever away days. never seen 3 goals like that before in one game
Guest tomarkley
Even the penalty was class, as pens go. Best away day I've ever had at Leicester, the away end went mental in that 5-10 minutes where the three rockets went in.

ramone
I must admit that was class but the away day at Leicester when Leon Clarke scored the lob tops it for me. More riding on the game and the feeling when that went in was nuts!!!
trevdi9
sheer class , will we ever see the likes again ,

OwlLuke
Anyone remember that other away game against Leicester about 6 years ago or so, we beat them after going down 1-0 and we leapfrogged them to go out of the relegation zone in the penultimate game of the season http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_div_1/7356041.stm

ramone
that was fantastic too. didn't get tickets till 4.30pm the day before (was on the waiting list) we've had some great days there! Me and my brother went down. We got the half 9 train from Sheffield, the obligatory 4 tins of Stella each for the journey. Arrived in Leicester, found the nearest pub that was open the earliest. Got smashed. Spent the best part of £100 each for tickets/drinks/food. We get in the ground and our Rich get launched out before kick off for being slightly worse ware and had to watch Soccer Saturday in the pub. Gutted for him!! Not for me, I thought it was hilarious!! Best Away Day EVER!!!!
senwar
Remember drawing 1-1 Paul mclaren scored, I think he got a own goal aswell. Cracking memory of that game in between the ones mentioned already. The 4-1 was genuinely amazing. The 3-1 was brilliant too as thought we were down.

FlyingOwl
All I remember was hearing the commentator go absolutely bat poo poo crazy every time we scored and thinking 'surely the last 3 goals weren't THAT good'. Then I watched open mouthed when the higlights were on telly. The only player in this side who regularly shoots on sight is JJ...and...errm....85% of them end up by the corner flag. richowl
I nearly died after the Whelan & Tudgay's goals in the space of about 90 seconds. never seen anything like it anywhere.
FlyingOwl
Whelan's was an absolute thunderbolt, especially considering he wasn't renowned for his goals. Though he also scored another worldy vs Southampton at home.
