owlZfan84
http://www.carlisleunited.co.uk/news/article/madineinterview27mar14-1450021.aspx Certainly sounds like a changed man, time will tell I guess. I hope the lad bangs in a few goals for them. Sounds chuffed to bits that he's back up there too.
Bluesteel
I've always thought that he comes across well in interviews but his behaviour then lets him down. But he does sound like he's been given a wake up call. Hopefully it works as he has potential. Seems like he's been keeping away from Sheffield in his personal time too which is wise. I wonder how the Carlisle fans have taken to it? He seems to divide opinion there and on his last visit he got sent off and flagged the fans
FlyingOwl
He'll score at least 5 for them in the remaining matches. Have a closed season to reflect and recharge and come back for preseason ready to fire us to promotion. Believe! And to be fair, even if he doesn't score there it means roger all. He's going there for match fitness and sharpness. A few goals will be a bonus.
Bluesteel
Hopefully he can prove a few things there and come back. He seems to be keen on rebuilding his bridges there though incase it doesn't work here

Madine might behave for the rest of the season, but there will be something during pre season or before the end of this year which will show he's the same person. Can't believe people used to bang on about him being great!

darklord
He's dogshit you could claim that about a few players under Jones that have since come back and proved people wrong. While I am dubious as to whether he will keep out of trouble he deserves a chance to play for us and show if he can indeed perform under gray like others have

Freshfish
Not to be angelic but maybe less blunt...he's now on very public record that he's says he's grown up and appreciates he was complacent with his life but wants to be a professional footballer and will knuckle down and work hard to become one...it's down to him...he won't get another chance. He's our asset so if he delivers at a lower league but not with us we get the best price possible. If he fails to deliver then he gets sold or no new contract. If he delivers and progresses and scores goals at Championship level then everyone's a winner. Well done SWFC for looking after an asset and good luck to him...unless he messes it up again and then he can bugger off..nothing else to be said about it all really. Fast Forward
Sounds like he' s failed to appreciate the support he's received from Sheffield Wednesday. Plenty to say about Carlisle though. Perhaps he should stay there.

Guest mrbluesky
The Madine threads are getting boring now, he's a bad boy we know but in football terms he's a decent league one player, we all wish him well and we know he's remorseful but come on let's move on we have better players at the club now. Yeah I know don't open the thread if you don't want to read it.
