trev
Sounds like he made a great impact when he came on. We always knew he would be vital for us, fingers crossed he will stay fit. Well done JJ, and welcome back.
Sam779
He was a real game changer today. Looked lively and like he'd never been away.
Guest Woz1867
Lets hope we can keep him fit for as long as we can! Well done JJ!
OwlsMan1961
Got to agree, Jermaine johnson is quite likely going to be the difference between us going up and staying in League 1, FFS Wednesday don't sell him to any of the Championship clubs that are showing an interest in him, or we are fooooked ! If we were any good we would and should have been pi$$ing this league, but sadly we have been playing poo far too frequently for my liking, this fella is the one who could change our prospects for the rest of the season.....I hope UTO ! owllincoln
We must keep jj. He totally changed a drab game today. First 60 minutes were garbage!!
SiJ
He's got all the tools, but hasn't always had the right combination. He should rip this division a new one though. Gotta keep him.
Salmonbones
JJ has one thing that no one else in the squad appears to have. Morrison should have it, Tudgay should have it, as should Teale and to a lesser extent Sedgewick as they've all done it before: Play without fear and with a flair for forgetting what he's up against and just getting head down and attacking. Tudgay has proved he has the ability to produce moments of magic in the past and against far better opposition. Don't think we can expect to much of JJ though just yet - firstly because his fitness levels are always poor anyway, never mind after that length of time out, and secondly - because he'll only produce magic in maybe 50% of his games if we are lucky. We know full well he'll sky a shot more then he'll be on target, the same with a cross.

Although I for one will never get on JJ's back again when he skies a shot because at least he has the balls to have a go, unlike most of the others. TbagMcgraw
I was really glad for JJ today, it was starting to look desperate before he arrived on the pitch. In just about every game i've watched this season you could read what the opposition's fans were thinking (''Blimey, there substitute's bench is better than our first team!'' and when the games kicked off ''Sheff Wed look utter poo , and how the hell have we not been the team to completely turn them over''), but JJ was the cut above today, no doubt, and will have shown that little extra bit of quality that we have to the opposition. Most enjoyable goal i've seen in a long time (just beats Tommy Miller's away to Plymouh for me). Well done JJ, Welcome back
davey_wells
Definately worth checking out Alan Irvine's interview with the BBC after the game. In summary, AI rates JJ very highly. Sounds like they have an excellent working relationship. Just the sort of player who AI rates - an effective one.
